A Studies on Distr .bution of the Lactic Dehydrogenase Isoenzyroe in the Tissue of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
|
|
|
Variation in the activities and its isoenzyme patterns of Lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyme in the tissues of cervical cancer, as well as their relation ship to the histological findings were studied on 23 cases and the following results were obtained.
1) The LDH isoenzyme patterns were classified into 3 groups.
2) The group A (13 cases, 56. 5%) showed a decline in the odder of LDH I , LDH II, LDH III, LDH VI, and LDHV, The group B (7 cases, 30.4% had its peak in LDH II and the group C (3 cases, 13.0%) in LDH M.
3) Pathological findings of cervical cancer tissue was compared with LDH isoenzyme patterns and it´s activity.
